Privacy:

All Venues at Midnight Sun are private places. Our members' privacy is very important, so please don't bother anyone you don't know. Posting about fellow members on social media is not allowed.

Guest Policy:

Guests are welcome. All guests must be registered via the link provided to the member prior to their visit. Midnight Sun members can sign in up to have guests at any time. If you'd like an extended guest list, please call in advance to arrange. You are responsible for your guests’ behaviour, so please keep an eye on them and make sure they call it a night when you do. A specific guest can be signed in only 10 times in a given year.

Guest entry charges will apply. (Half the entry charge is redeemable for groups of 10-20 people / Entirety of the entry charge is redeemable for groups of 21 people or more)

Phones and Laptops:

Communal spaces at Midnight Sun are phone call-free areas, so please keep your devices on silent. Laptops can be used until 6pm.

Children:

Midnight Sun is a club for adults, but aim to be child-friendly. Please be considerate of other members when you bring children, those under 18 are welcome until 9pm.

Please remember that your children are your responsibility at all times when present at the Midnight Sun, and ensure they are not left unattended at any time.

Pets:

We don't allow animals at Midnight Sun, except for assistance dogs

Bills:

All bills must be settled in full before leaving the Midnight Sun. There are no credit facilities. Members are responsible for their guests' bills; if they are not paid, the member may face suspension.

Entering/Leaving Midnight Sun:

All members and their guests are asked to respect our nearby residents by being quiet when entering or leaving Midnight Sun premises, or while in the surrounding area.

While settling your bill, do share your vehicle number to the waiter so they can ensure the valet has your car waiting for you in the lobby. Please be seated in the ground floor lobby till your vehicle arrives in the driveway outside.

Dress Code:

Keep it casual. We have a relaxed dress code. Shorts & Slippers are not recommended after 6:30pm.Make sure your guests know this too
